Konnor showed up for a bid, figured out the problem (shower valve cartridge misfunctioning) and gave me a bid. It was in line with what I had figured and he was ready to go before I got any further bids. He had all of the necessary parts and supplies so he was able to start and finish the work then and there. He had to improvise a bit when the retaining clip was too hard to reach, got that problem fixed. He was a pro and a real good guy to talk to.

When the plumber arrived, he found that my toilet was no longer clogged and had “worked it’s way out on its own” so there was no need for repair. Typically, a service like this would charge just for coming out and flushing the toilet and finding no issue but they DID NOT!
