Kris and Carlos came out to my house to fix my water heater. It was running luke warm. My heater’s manufacturer said that the valve needed to be replaced. Once Kris and Carlos came out they identified several issues due to age and recommended replacing. They were willing to do the valve replacement as requested and didn’t pressure me into anything which was appreciated. VERY knowledgeable and informative. Very polite and respectful.
